ALL fitness levels welcome. Kids are welcome to come with their parents (but they will have to MOVE).

4-week Fitness Challenge includes

• 12 physical training sessions
• 1 extreme fitness challenge
• fitness evaluations and coaching
• complete body transformation

24Fit Camp is a fitness challenge open to the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti community.

It is organized by a group of health & fitness coaches to promote a healthy active lifestyle.

All our local fitness activities will be free of charge.

24Fit Camp’s goals are:
