The parking structure for the Ann Arbor Inn used to occupy this site. Being condemmed, it was demolished and replaced with the new, slightly higher capacity stucture there today. It looks pretty nice, for a parking structure. Public parking 24 hours a day at $1.20/hour, no permit parking.
The years it was out of service may have led to the demise of Metzger's across the street. Luckily, they reopened outside of town in Scio Township.
