Evergreen is an apartment complex in Ann Arbor located on Packard Road east of Carpenter Road. Built in 1968, the apartment complex is now owned and managed by McKinley.

The complex contains a total of 477 apartment units ranging in size from 624 sq. foot 1 bedroom units to 1,000 sq. foot 3 bedroom units. The complex also contains a swimming pool, clubhouse, and laundry facilities. Evergreen is located along AATA bus route No. 5.

Children living in Manchester Flats apartments are in the Ann Arbor school district and attend Carpenter Elementary School, Scarlett Middle School, and Huron High School.
