Staff is requesting the Board to approve the road closure of Ernst Road west of Reno Road in Freedom Township for the road to be open cut to repair a 16” crude oil pipeline owned by Enbridge Energy Company. Area residents and motorists will be temporarily impacted during the repair of the pipeline and a detour route will be posted.
