Elisha Walker Rumsey (b. 1785? - d. August 1827) was a co-founder Ann Arbor with John Allen founded Ann Arbor in 1824. He died in 1827 at the age of 42 of a fever.

The Rumsey family's stones (and presumably the Rumsey bones also) originally were in the Village Burying Ground, which is now Felch Park; they were subsequently moved to Forest Hill Cemetery.
