Bounded by Stadium Blvd. to the north, S. Industrial to the West, Packard to the East and Eisenhower to the south.

A residential neighborhood of mainly single family houses, some condos and apartment complexes, too.

Historically, this area was, I think, an apple orchard known as "Ardmore Gardens." I discovered this referencing archived maps at the Public Library.
