  • I have a tab at the top of every page that says "move". But you can also replace the article with this code: #REDIRECT [[New title]] and paste the text into that new article.

To start a new category: give an existing article that category using [[Category: Category name]], then click the red "category name" link. You should be presented with a "create article" page for that category. -MattH
