The EECS Building used to be home to the University of Michigan programs in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science. There is a new building called the Computer Science and Engineering building, but EECS hasn't changed its name yet to reflect the fact that at least Computer Science has moved if not Computer Engineering if that's in fact what they mean by slapping on "and Engineering". They may instead mean the College of Engineering since there is still a debate on whether Computer Science is really Engineering or not.
