I suggest an Arborwiki donuts outing to do a proper authoritative sampling of the alternatives.
http://www.surgeongeneral.gov/topics/obesity/calltoaction/fact_whatcanyoudo.htm says that 1 hour of walking burns off the calories of a jelly donut.
I am perplexed. What is a real donut? Having worked midnights at Dunkin Donuts for several years I am very familar with the yeast donut. I can't remember if we had cake donuts there or not. Can we have a definition-off - a contest of sorts.. while we are walking around eating these damned things! I will be availabe August 9th. MarkDilley
- I believe in yeast as true one true necessity. MattH
- cake is a proven contender. MarkDilley

- Doughnut has always been my choice. But for the sake of consistency, it's donuts for now.
http://www.wikigroaning.com/ - search donut, doughnut
- Consistency... isn't that the main issue here, cake or yeast!
