The Dexter Alternative Care Clinic will continue to operate as a distributor of medicinal marijuana despite the 120-day moratorium passed on Aug. 23 by the village council. Community Development Manager Allison Bishop received permission from the council to have the village’s legal counsel respond to the DACC.
