Dennis Hoyes, 65, a retired insurance agent, found happiness in flying and using his passion for flight to help those in need. "He was volunteering all the time, always," said Cheryl Blank, secretary for the Jackson Flight Center in Jackson, Mich. "Anyone based here . . . knows Dennis."
