I replaced Sams because I feel like 23 Hour Nutrition better represents the locally staffed model. This business was started and is run by Michigan students and operates in Ann Arbor. Essentials may be food for one person and bodybuilding supplements to another.

Are we looking at just foodstuffs here, or is a broader definition of "essentials" allowed? I'd put Sam's on the list as my one-stop clothier of choice. -Murph.
