Burnt Toast Inn is located at 415 W. William in Ann Arbor's historic Old West Side, just three short blocks west of Main Street. We are WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING! The house was built in 1915 in the simple, strong style of the early German settlers (Foursquare). The Burnt Toast Inn features a lovely Master Suite with its own claw foot tub and spacious tiled shower. The Attic Suite features an attached bathroom with large, fully-tiled two-person shower. There are two single rooms (the Purple and Gold Rooms) that share two bathrooms on the first and second floors (one with a claw foot tub and the other with a fully tiled shower).

Sarah Okuyama, who runs the Burnt Toast Inn and Washington House, bed-and-breakfast inns in downtown Ann Arbor, says she has one or two of her 7 rooms available for Art Fairs week. A few rooms were reserved last year for this year's event.
