An Ypsilanti Township man was hospitalized this morning after a section of railing on his second-floor apartment balcony gave way and he fell 10 feet to the ground, residents and an apartment complex manager said. Resident Connie Pickens said the man was was bleeding from the nose and could hardly move after the 11:30 a.m. accident at Bryn Mawr Apartments on South Grove Road.
