Brian Steinberg is a cooking instructor, an avid gardener, a fermentation hobbyist, and home cook. He is currently starting a home grown business called Inchworm Microgreens, and Inchworm Bakery (Thanks to the Cottage Food Law) which will offer microgreens, and home baked goods at The Westside Farmers Market, Thursdays, 3:00-7:00 p.m.
