Ann Arbor's Daredevil Professional Theatre, founded in 2003. A full season of exciting and intimate theatre events, plus the Blackbird Theatre Academy for middle and high school students.
Blackbird Theatre's founder & artistic director is Barton Bund, director of the new musical Patty Hearst, as well as The Glob and classics such as Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and How the Other Half Loves.

Co-Founder and longtime Associate Artistic Director Dana Sutton will step in as Interim Office Manager. She and Co-Founder/Producing Artistic Director Barton Bund will absorb Richner's duties this season, the theater - an independent live-theater company based in Ann Arbor - said in a press release.
