The Beer Vault was a drive-thru beer store at 303 North Fifth Avenue, with an exit out to Detroit Street.
The building was still there for some time after the Beer Vault closed,, but it didn't have retail in it anymore.
The site in 2023 is the home of construction for new condos, which is to be completed after brownfield remediation.
