Advertisement in Agenda, September 1998Azure Restaurant was located at 625 Hilton, in the ring around the mall, in a space that used to be Jojos. It served Middle Eastern/North African/Fusion food. It is now closed. The restaurant opened in 1997, replacing The Mandarin restaurant at that location; it was owned by Amal Sabbagh, her brother Michael Sabbagh, and their friend Marcus Sabbagh. Mohammed Jamil was head chef.
