pick up stickers from VGKids in Ypsi--BrianKerr -
pick up t-shirts from Retroduck in our fair state's capital city - I'm picking up the shirts at 1:30 in Brighton. All over that one.--Derek - print off lists of preregistered folks --Derek

Saturday: SETUP KREWE
SETUP KREWE will arrive at the venue ~8AM. The SETUP KREWE so far is 5 volunteers big, which is a good size, but your participation is welcome.
- put a big sign next to each meeting space
- 4-6 total, withholding 2 of 3 adjoining rooms
- make sure each space has
- seating
- paper, flipchart, etc.
- set up agenda wall
- 5 sessions vertically (1 2 lunch 3 4 5 keynote)
- meeting spaces horizontally
- adjust lunch order - final number to caterer --Derek
- sort out keynote books for distribution
- set up entrance & registration area, having
- crappy laptop for registration, sign-in
- name tags
- doodle and hang up posters
