Water

The Ann Arbor water dept. has an after-hours emergency number if you think any water back-ups are systemic, water is across a street, have a water main break, or if waste water/sewage is coming into your house or neighborhood: 734-994-2840.

Electricity

DTE Energy's toll-free number is 800-477-4747. Call this number and use the automated system to report power outages or downed wires. Do not assume that DTE already knows about an outage.

Noise

Call 734-994-2911 for the Police non-emergency line for Ann Arbor noise complaints.

Animals

If dangerous: call 734-994-2911 for the Ann Arbor Police non-emergency line.

Found or injured animals: The Humane Society of Huron Valley is "on call" to rescue sick or injured, animals, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 734-662-5585, leave a detailed message and your phone number, and a volunteer will call you back in +/- 30 minutes. More information.
