2225 Traverwood Drive is a vacant parcel south of the Traverwood branch of the Ann Arbor District Library. It is owned by First Martin, and in 2013 that company announced plans to develop multi-family housing called Traverwood Apartments on that site.
The parcel was rezoned from office to residential in November 2013.
