203 N. Huron St. is now 201 N. Huron St.

Beyer Apartments was once the home of Cornelius Cornwell and has the distinction of having had the first telephone in Ypsilanti. It was a private line to the Cornwell paper company mills, an early industry in Ypsilanti. The paper company was started in 1855 or 56.
