100 Phoenix Drive is the address of the former Borders headquarters.

There are two buildings on the site. The smaller one is about 87,000 square feet and the larger one is about 243,000 square feet. The buildings were built in 1970 and renovated in 1998, and the property has more than 1,200 parking spaces.

Jim Chaconas of Colliers International said the buildings on Phoenix Drive — which helisted for sale in April for $6.9 million — are close to being sold, although he wouldn’t reveal the details of the deal.
